The estimate covers the editing labor for the tasks and complexity you selected: cutting, transitions, basic color/audio, graphics integration, etc. Standard royalty-free music/stock footage licensing (if selected as add-ons) is included up to the limits specified. Costs for premium assets or additional licenses beyond the included options are separate and will be discussed and approved beforehand.
What does the turnaround time include?
The timeline estimate begins once we receive all necessary footage, assets (logos, fonts), and clear instructions or script/storyboard. It covers the editing process, including the selected revision rounds. Prompt client feedback during revision rounds is crucial for meeting the estimated delivery date.
How do revision rounds work?
After we deliver the first draft, you'll have an opportunity to provide feedback. A 'round' typically consists of one consolidated list of requested changes (e.g., timing adjustments, swapping a shot, text changes). We recommend gathering all feedback before submitting it. Significant changes diverging from the initial brief might require scope adjustments.
