We'll provide a detailed, fixed-price quote after our initial review or consultation.
What's included in the price? Is content writing included?
The estimate primarily covers the design, formatting, layout, and technical tasks you selected (e.g., template creation, PDF forms, TOC generation). Content writing, editing, or significant rewriting is NOT included unless specifically selected as an add-on service. You are expected to provide the final text content. Basic proofreading focuses on typos and formatting consistency, not content review.
What does the timeline include?
Our timeline estimate (e.g., Standard 3-5 business days) covers the time from project kickoff (after receiving all necessary materials and deposit) to delivery of the first draft for your review. It includes design/formatting time and internal checks. The selected number of revision rounds will add time to the overall project completion, depending on the speed of your feedback.
What if I need more revisions than selected?
The selected revision rounds cover incorporating consolidated feedback. If additional rounds are needed beyond what was initially estimated, they can usually be accommodated and will be billed at our standard hourly rate (unless you opted for the 'Extensive Revisions' package). We'll always confirm with you before proceeding with work that falls outside the initial quote.

We receive your selections and contact details. Our team will review your request and typically follow up via email within 1 business day. We may ask for your source document(s) or schedule a brief call to clarify requirements before sending a formal, detailed quote outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and final price for your review and approval.
